With an elite aviation career spanning both commercial and private sectors, Sharon Rose is one of the few service leaders in the world who has built luxury experiences from the ground up — not only onboard, but across entire airline ecosystems.
She began her leadership journey as Cabin Services Director during the formative years of Qatar Airways, contributing to the service culture and high standards that would later define one of the world’s most prestigious 5-star airlines. From the early challenges of a rapidly growing carrier to the refinement of world-class inflight experiences, Sharon’s influence has been anchored in precision, grace, and cultural fluency.
Her trajectory since has been extraordinary: leading royal flights, presidential, serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals and A-list celebrities aboard BBJs, Gulfstreams, Globals, and Falcons, and elevating cabin excellence for some of the most exacting carriers in the world. From commercial aviation to bespoke private jet operations, her presence is recognized, respected, and quietly powerful.

Sharon proudly serves as the International Liaison for Women in Corporate Aviation (WCA) — a global nonprofit advancing opportunities for professionals in business, private, and executive aviation. Since 2011, she has held this volunteer leadership role with distinction, representing the movement worldwide and advocating for a more inclusive and empowered future in the skies.
Through her work with WCA, Sharon leads international engagement efforts across Europe, Asia, and beyond — building high-impact partnerships, guiding scholarship initiatives, and mentoring the next generation of aviation professionals. She is instrumental in WCA’s presence at global industry events such as EBACE, where she champions visibility, access, and leadership for emerging talent.

Through experience design, inflight coaching & services, luxury brand evaluations, and operational support, StellarRose became a quiet partner to business aviation operators and boutique luxury brands.
From staging jets and refining guest journeys to training crew and performing performance audits, StellarRose Services became known for its high standards, tailored approach, and deep industry fluency.
The CFA Circle
While leading flights and trainings, a natural rhythm developed among a trusted group of freelance crew. Flight opportunities were shared, professional leads exchanged, and soon a discreet network had formed — one grounded in trust, discretion, and excellence.
That informal exchange grew into the CFA Circle, now a respected, invite-only global network of VIP flight attendants and service professionals. It continues to operate quietly yet effectively, ensuring opportunities flow, quality is upheld, and the right professionals are matched to the right missions.

As the network matured, new voices emerged.
