Cancellation Policy
StellarRose Collective | Elite Flight Attendant Placement & Talent Curation Our recruitment and staffing services are designed to match discerning clients with world-class VIP cabin crew who embody the highest standards of private aviation and luxury service. To ensure integrity, quality, and discretion throughout every placement, the following policies apply: ⸻ Candidate Sourcing & Vetting • All candidates are personally vetted by Sharon Rose and her team of aviation experts. • Selection is based on luxury service experience, cultural alignment, client-specific preferences, and verified flight credentials. • Each candidate undergoes a curated selection process, including: • Interview and service performance screening • Document and background validation • Grooming and etiquette assessment • Optional inflight trial or shadowing program ⸻ Client Booking Terms • A formal staffing request form must be completed to initiate a search. • Staffing requests must be made minimum 10 days in advance for guaranteed matching. • For urgent placements (<5 days), a priority surcharge may apply based on availability. • Final candidate profiles will be submitted within the agreed time frame based on scope and urgency. ⸻ Fees & Engagements • A non-refundable search fee applies to begin the recruitment process. • Upon successful placement, a final recruitment fee (percentage of salary or fixed rate) is invoiced. • For temporary contracts or per-flight staffing, a flat service rate is agreed upon prior to deployment. ⸻ Replacement Guarantee • For long-term placements (3+ months), we offer a 30-day candidate replacement should performance or fit not meet expectations. • Replacement only applies to cases not involving misconduct, breach of client contract, or client-initiated changes. ⸻ Confidentiality & Exclusivity • All client and candidate information remains strictly confidential. • Clients agree not to bypass StellarRose Collective in future direct hiring of introduced candidates for a 12-month period from the date of introduction. ⸻ StellarRose Collective upholds the art of elite talent matching—where personality, presence, and professionalism converge to elevate your inflight and luxury hospitality experience.
